enquiries regarding awards In the interest of the efficient and timely processing of awards it is best to keep telephone calls to the Board to a minimum. Staff who answer the phone also process your awards. Assessments can take up to eight weeks from receipt of all relevant documentation. Notifications will be sent out when the award/loan is assessed to advise of the award/loan amount. Payment of the award is subject to receipt of a satisfactory academic progress report from the Institution. |
