CASS Development Plan

How can I raise my concerns?

If you are unhappy with any aspect of CASS, please tell us.

Your complaints and comments will be used constructively to shape and improve our service in the future. You may wish to follow these steps.

Raise your concerns with the CASS Officer who is dealing with your enquiry or request by telephoning or by arranging a personal meeting by appointment.

Telephone or arrange a personal meeting by appointment with the Adviser who leads the relevant CASS Unit.

Put complaints in writing using the CASS Complaint Form which is available from the Assistant Senior Education Officer (CASS) or you may use the down-loadable form:

Write a letter to the CASS Officer dealing with your enquiry or request, or write to:

Your letter will receive a response within ten working days of its receipt. If a full reply is not possible within this time-scale, you will receive an explanation.

If you are still not satisfied, write to the Chief Executive of the SEELB at the above address.
