OPEN ENROLEMENT AND TRANSFER SERVICES

The Board has the responsibility for ensuring that all procedures for the enrolment of nursery, primary and post-primary pupils are followed. Each year more than 10,000 pupils are suitably placed in schools. The Board ensures that the Transfer Procedure is efficiently administered by offering advice to parents and Boards of Governors on admission criteria and, where appropriate, on availability of school places.
